    Only shop here if you want to be lied to the entire time. My wife and I were looking for a base model of a brand new Civic or Accord. She called before we went and asked if they had those available to test drive. The person on the phone said yes, they had several base models of each. When we arrived, we told the salesman the same thing, that were wanted to test drive a base model of each. He said that was "no problem" and that they had several to choose from. After waiting about 15 minutes for him to get the car ready for us to see, we walked into the garage and he proceeded to show us a Civic sport model, which retails for several thousands more than what we said we wanted. I asked him if he had any base models as we weren't interested in test driving a car we weren't going to buy. He made up some excuse for showing us the sport model instead, saying it was the color we said we wanted to see (obviously he brought out the wrong model on purpose to try and upsell us). Finally after waiting another 10 minutes he walked us to a Civic base model, which we test drove. The problem was that it was a hatchback, and I was looking for a sedan. I asked and he said they had no sedans. Then I asked about the Accord and he finally admitted they had no base models of that. He tried to get us to test drive the next tier up (again), claiming that the difference in price was only "a few hundred dollars." In reality it was about a nine thousand dollar difference once you added in their weather package or whatever they call it that is nearly three grand. I was furious at this point that he had wasted so much of our time by lying to us. He kept saying that they could reach a price that worked for us. I told him that the retail price for a base accord is 28 grand and that there was no way he could sell me the car he was showing me for anything close to that (again, with the added junk the sticker was saying 37 grand). He kept saying "I don't know that, it's not my call I'm just a salesman." Another lie. There is wiggle room on that price, but he knows as well as I do that a 25% price drop in not within that wiggle room. Just more lies and more attempts to waste our time. From the phone call before going all the way through to the end, the entire experience was scumbags lying to us and wasting our time. I'm sure that the salesmen are told to use these deceptive tactics to string people along, so the real blame belongs to management. I realize that these dishonest tactics are very common in the car sales industry, but that doesn't make it okay. Do not give these lying scumbags your money.

    This has been one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. I bought a car for my daughter for Christmas. During the buying process, I read the Carfax. The car had been registered in a other state. We asked if the car had to go through inspection and was told no thar it was taken care of. That was a lie. We received a call stating it had to go through inspection and they would pick it up. They didn't show up twice to pick up the car! On the third scheduled pickup they said for our troubles they would fill up the car with gas upon return. Tha car was returned on empty. The tags expire tomorrow. I still don't have a license plate,registration etc. Based on emails I've received from Carfax, the car is still not registered in my name. I've called several times inquiring about the licensing plate and have been told different excuses I left a message for the sales manager and to date,I've never received a call back.
