        I called to confirm that they would attend to me and I told him that it was 30 minutes away and he said yes. When I arrived at 5:35 he said that he wouldn't be able to do the painting because there was no time left. That's why I called to confirm. very unprofessional

        Purchased brake pads at the store yesterday afternoon, the brakes were not in stock so the man told me that they would be here first thing in the morning, to me that means as soon as they open in the morning the following day. When I arrived at 7 AM when they open, and the guy told me that it would be about 8 oclock before I could pick up my brakes, to me that doesnt mean first thing in the morning. Now I understand why Napas are going out of business all over the country. Looks like AutoZone will be getting all of my business from now on .
