        I asked for a refund Dec 2 since they didnt bring my items when I was off work. Was told it was refunded and give it at least two weeks or call I.t. In January, still nothing. Called I.t, who said he was going to escalate it to his manager and he would call me in two days. He never called. Called back a week later and now its been escalated to the regional director. He never called. contacted the BBB and the company never responded. Called on Feb 5 and they said give it 2 days. Its now the 9th and just got off the phone with them who cant get the regional director but he sent a message. At this point Im furious and its not even a great deal of money but Im about to find a lawyer because its the principal. No responses and no refund for 2 months, ridiculous. The Solutions number provided is the number I have been calling that keeps telling me someone will call and no one does.
