DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Im never one to leave reviews about apartments, but I just had to for this one. In the beginning, maintenance was almost nonexistent. I had a leak coming from outside and settling under my carpet and the first maintenance man tried to remedy it with caulk. I had to call codes and regulations before anything actually got done to fix the problem. Management was either never in office, or just ignored the phone when it rang. To top all of that off, they decided to keep my deposit, I guess they had to find a way to pay for all of those citations and actually register as a rental property. I couldnt tolerate staying here another year. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. We found cockroaches in September and they sent a general pest control person ONCE after I sent them a dozen pictures. This didnt do anything we still have roaches in our $1500 apartment. The property manager or whatever she is Dillon was completely rude and disrespectful to me when I was trying to turn in my 60 day notice because getting up and unlocking the door for me was such a inconvenience to her. Im livid. Worst year ever.

My visit to this apartment complex was a complete letdown. I walked in to get more information about units for rent. The customer service was shockingly unprofessional. I wouldn't consider renting from here, and I strongly advise against it for anyone else.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Management does not have ANY presence on the property. They are completely unresponsive. Once you move in, youll never hear from them again.
