        The Research Properties staff at every property is top notch. Every person cares about making their community lovely and comfortable. You can often see maintenance staff going the extra mile to make a repair and interact with the resident to be sure it has been completed to their satisfaction. Each resident receives a call from the office to confirm completion and satisfaction. Occasionally a resident will need an "extra hand" or a "listening ear". The staff (both office and maintenance) really cares about each person as an individual and strives to meet their needs.
