The Hemingway Apartments

apartment is beautiful but the residents & an office staff that doesnt care, makes me hate it here! 8 more months & I can get out of here! DONT DO IT! They moved this rock in the road to keep people out of the grass. Someone almost hit me & I swerved, hitting the rock instead & tearing off my fender. They dont care that my car is tore up, they dont care that other residents are doing what they want, they dont care that my packages are also being stolen. THEY DONT CARE! All they want is their rent, everything else is above them.

I REALLY CONSIDER THAT WHEN YOU MAKE THE CONTRACT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH THERE ARE HIDDEN CHARGES THAT INCREASE EVERY MONTH. FOR EXAMPLE THE WATER BILL HAS HIT ME ON 2 OCCASIONS WITH VALUES THAT I POSSIBLY KNOW I DON'T CONSUME, NO ONE KNOWS WHY THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO GIVE EXCUSES. I HAD BOTH BATHROOMS CLOUDY WITH UNHEALTHY WATER OUT Honestly, if you want to move, think very carefully. They pay us for an apartment in optimal conditions and it is not.

Since Ive been here Jasmine the manager here has been a delight. Shes always so nice and sweet, shes very professional as well. When I have an issue she tries to send someone out as soon as possible. I appreciate her attentiveness as well. Shes really friendly with the residents as well.

If you are thinking of moving, I recommend that you do not make it too expensive for such bad service, the pool and the gym do not work, everything is a disaster, I had to put a camera on the door because they try to get in, the apt thieves, a lot of violence in the surroundings, I am here just for the contract

Very pleased with everything. Neighborhood is quiet at night & during the day its mostly just kids playing no loud music or anything. Some days nobody is outside beyond leaving or coming home so its a nice balance. Spacious units.
