Frontgate Apartments

I have lived here for three years, and nothing has changed. Every day, I look out my window, and all I see is garbage. This has been going on for three years, along with the gates have never worked. There is nowhere to park, and you have to walk a block or more toget to go home. People race through the parking lot like they are at a race track,sometimes, I feel like I live in Lowe income housing. When you complain, you might as well be talking to the wall. So beware it may look nice now ,but be prepared for what's to come. And I will not refer anyone to this place, so think twice before moving here

stay away from there, i made an application and they charged $200, supposedly the application fee is $50 and then they refund you $150, it's been 2 months now and I still don't have my refund, when I spoke to the office they said I'll get my refund in 60 days and they will send a check in the mail, that is totally ridiculous, they are scammers who will play with your money

The new management is everything. I had an issue that had yet to be fixed for months and between BJ , Sam and Yolanda it was all resolved within a week. Nice to have maintenance and management that care that treat you like a human. Theyre the best
