A friend of mine was looking at renting apartments, so, I drove by here before I suggested Park Place. I saw a ton of window units used for AC. I wasn't going to comment, but by the review history previous tenants have the same issues with the ac going out. Here's pictures of what I saw. Also trash was everywhere. I used to live here 20 years ago. It's obvious new management/owners took over because this would have never been accepted when I lived here.

I lived in park place for 5years, loved it until the new apt manager shaquana or whatever her name is came. She's not the one for the job, very rude,she will single u out, she even had my cars towed and I'm a resident, I even think she had the tow truck people steal my Chrysler rt out the parking lot. She even denied my rent payments also , she even went into my ledger and made adjustments covering up money she mishandling in the office. She needs to do her job or leave like she making erybody else.
