    Thanks for filing my claim after ~1.5 years. Now insurance will not cover the 6 injections. What should have been a $30 bill is now $200 for me. Thanks. And no one answers the phone in your billing office. Convenient! But I probably signed something saying Im on the hook to pay for your mistakes anyhow.

    I couldn't even make it to the appointment due to how rude the staff was. I called in with an issue on not being able to complete paperwork due to the verification process not working. When I called they said I couldn't complete paperwork because I wasn't in the system yet. Yet they sent me an email stating I needed to complete the paperwork? We start to go through it over the phone and I was told that they couldn't help me with food allergy concerns I had? Then the receptionist stated that my insurance likely wouldn't cover the testing and it could cost up to $1300 so if I wasn't prepared to pay that I should probably not continue. It very much so felt like she was insinuating that I couldn't afford it and that they couldn't help me with any food related allergies? I felt embarrassed and lectured so I went ahead and canceled the appointment. I wish there were other facilities around here I could go to because I certainly don't feel comfortable going here.
