    Did a fair job on cleaning up smoke damage. They broke some shelves while cleaning in my curio cabinet.They measured and took the broken shelves with them, with the promise to have them recut, delivered and restored. Ive called approximately 5 times over the past year or two, WITH NO RESULTS. Ive ask them to at least pay me $150 for the replacements, so I can have them cut , TO NO AVAIL. THEY WANT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD, SO I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT! YOU MIGHT WANT TO THINK ABOUT THIS BEFORE YOU ASK FOR THEIR HELP

    My wife and I were leaving to go to Mexico and the evening before we were supposed to fly out we had a pipe break in our garage. It ran for about 8 hours before we realized it and that it flooded down to the downstairs garage and the basement and first floor level. We called Servpro to tell them that we were going to be out of town but we had a house sitter. They said they couldn't get to us for a few days. They showed up 3 days later. They put all of the fans and evaps in the house and then left. We didn't hear back from them for about 5 days when they came to check the humidity levels they said that it was still very wet. They decided they needed to tear up some of our flooring andcremove the toilet to make sure that it would dry properly since they knew it was a insurance claim. So they came in and tore out all of our tile flooring and caused damage to our shower tile and also put holes in the wall from there removal of the tiles. They also put holes in our floor and a hole in our cabinet. They removed the toilet but did not cap it off. A few days later the hole where the toilet used to be, started shooting waste back up through it and flooded everything again. We called them back and they said they would come out however they didn't show up for about 2 or 3 more days. Nobody would ever return our calls we had to keep calling our insurance company to contact them. About a week later they came back out and said the floors were still not dry and that we had to file another claim. So we had to pay another $2,000 deductible. They said they were going to have people come and do our repairs and they kept putting us off. They said somebody would be out the next day and nobody would show up. This went on for months finally we told our insurance company that they were incompetent and we did not want to use them. We filed a dispute about having to file a second claim because we felt it was not our fault that we should have to pay another $2,000 deductible. Then they refused to pay for the extra damage they caused in removal of the tile floor. This happened in June and it is now January and we still do not have a master bathroom. It is getting completed now since we had to hire different contractors but this set us back 7 months. As their slogan says "Just like it never happened!" They will ignore you and not call you back, "Just like it never happened!"

Dear Mr. Love, We understand there is frustration during the mitigation process, and we take feedback seriously. We strive to provide timely and efficient service to all our customers, and we apologize for any miscommunication that occurred during the process. However, our Operations Manager has tried to contact you since you left the review to try to discuss but there was no answer. Our drying report states we were there 6/14 (initial response day), 6/15, 6/19/, 6/20, 6/21, 6/22. The date of Loss is 6/4. We got the call on 6/13 and responded on 6/14. For the demo, we called your adjuster several times and got a final response and they told us no, but we didn’t give up and continued to call on your behalf and finally got your insurance adjuster to approve the demo. We are not sure on your timeline but, please feel free to contact us at (606) 877-2160.
