I love this hometown pharmacy and more, they have always been so compassionate and very caring about just filling your prescriptions,to me its the best place in London to feel confident your working with people who care about customers.

Lady gave us a wheelchair. Never thought to check # against powk. Took it back and lady took it back. Told her the padding was messed up from where my son also had a cast on his arm she said no problem we will fix it no big deal. Then get a call from a guy saying to come back bc that's not the wheelchair we got and we must have switched it out somewhere else and brought back wrong one and had to pay $105 for it order the cops called and charges pressed. Went back the lady lied and claimed th as t wasn't the one she gave I'm guessing to save her job or whatever. Would not recommend using them and everyone I know will know.. Not trustworthy people if they are going to lie.

Son had a break in leg and wrist. We got a wheelchair rental from this business. My husband went in and signed for it and took the one the lady gave to him. Took it back and same lady took care of him. Told them the padding on one arm was damaged and she said no problem We will take care of that. He left. then gets a call from a guy who tells him he needs to come back because this wasn't the wheelchair we were given and it's damaged so He cannot take it back and if he doesn't come back he threatened to call police and press charges. my husband goes back. The # on ppwk 2003 # on chair 200b. That's the one we were given. I could see how the mistake was made but they refused to own the mistake. Claimed they didn't even carry these types. Walked over and showed they were wrong. They refused to look at pictures we had of the first day we received it. Had to pay $105 for the wheelchair they wanted almost $200 for the one we were supposed to get that we didn't get and accused us of getting the wheelchair and going somewhere else and switching the nicer one for this one which is not what happened. Do not like the dishonesty and accusations and will never step foot back in this establishment ever and would not recommend others to either.

Joey went above and beyond! He was able to get me a new CPAP the next day! Unbelieveable! He demonstrated genuine human compassion and knowledge to help with a serious matter. Through him, PD Speciality Care is offering what the competition is not! Thank you Joey!
