        My dr is in Lexington. I went to London Urgent Care for treatment of a urinary tract infection. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. It was after 8pm, and I got my medicine that night, too. The staff was amazing. I loved the doctor. I will be going there again.

        Staff was great! I was admitted in less than 15 minutes. I go back to see the doctor and she refused to touch me, didnt provide the care I needed for my situation (I had came in 6 months before and a different doctor took great care of me) she just prescribed medication and left, she never even looked me in the eye. Wont be back unless this doctor is gone or old doctor returns.

        Ladies in front very nice. Was refused service because I did not have a insurance card. I had all of my insurance account numbers from my insurance companies web site with all needed information on my phone but did not know how to access a picture of the card from the website and had not received my card yet. Is that even allowed?? My baby was sick and had to go elsewhere were it was not an issue at all. They were able to locate information using only the membership ID that was provided. DO NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO ILLEGAL REFUSUAL OF SERVICE!

      Walk-In Medical Service. We treat all none like threatening illnesses and Injuries. Most insurance plans accepted including Medicare and Medicaid. Due to a very high volume of patients during flu season, please expect longer than normal wait times. After we reach a certain number of patients per day we will not be able to accommodate additional patients. We appreciate your support, patience, and understanding for our staff.
