        The London Ky facility charged my boyfriend's debit card for a visit he had well over a month ago, without contacting him prior. He had insurance. They charged his card for $190 without calling him and getting any type of authorization. This is illegal! The insurance wasn't billed and even if they didn't cover it, they have to bill the patient, not take money illegally from their bank without any type of communication attempted or prior authorization given. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

        Respectful and a great experience! If you need to be seen asap or establish a primary care provider, I recommend that you get in your car and let them take great care of you.
