I have never been turned away by these folks when I truly needed help to stay on the path to recovery. Was definitely on a teeter and was given assistance within the day and I know they were not required to, but I felt like someone was proud of me and there for me. In the beginning it's hard for a person even if you want the best it's hard while still working out everything that life wants you to conquer and attempting to achieve sobriety. But for me the day I decided I wanted something better life wanted me to give another 50% on top of the 100% which was already required, these folks were in my corner no matter what! They Care! They want to help! All I can say is Thank you and I am trying.

This place is completely unprofessional. The girls in the front sit and gossip. They can't seem to do their job, such as keeping track of appointments. The lab work is so backed up, good luck getting half of it back. There is no bathroom for the people that bring patients. Save yourself the aggravation and chose a different location or a different treatment facility all together. * obviously this isn't my legal name so don't try to discredit my review with a "we don't have a Mallory Knox in our records*.

This is a wonderful place with wonderful staff who legitimately care about you and your feelings. They take the time to actually listen to you and help you figure out what you want to get out of the program and they work with you to achieve that goal. Id definitely recommend BrightView to anyone I know. A+++

I can honestly say everyone is like family at Brightview and I always have a great experience each time I go. The staff is great, the office is always clean. Just a over all great place to be.
