Its difficult to say the standard of care they actually offer. They are actively preventing anyone from accompanying a patient. Its especially egregious considering the nature of the services theyre meant to provide. I would have hoped that they would have cared more about their patients than this. It appears that, out of an abundance of caution, they can no longer offer the basic decency or courtesy their patients require.

Went in for diagnostic breast exam, Dana did my exam and was EXTREMELY rude! I told her I was hurting and she told me to toughen up it only lasts a minute and still went tighter with the paddles. I was appalled! After I got home I noticed bruising! Totally uncalled for!

Worst hospital ever!! Waited 2 hours to get blood drawn bc they couldn't figure out that though I'm under two last names (maiden and married name) they still were confused and didn't know who to bill, though everything else was the same. I've never waited so long to get blood work done, except I left after 2 hours bc it would've been a lot longer. The registrar staff was rude, the people there are rude...never going back! People beware! This place does not care about you...I know due to first hand experience and from someone that used to work there, who quit bc she couldn't handle how nurses, doctors, staff treated their patients. Disgusting.
