        Phone system SUCKS!!!!! Been calling every 2 hours for three days and nobody answering the phone!! This is the 5th time in the last 3 months Ive had this issue. Even talked to patient advocate and was told hundreds of us have complained about this. Apparently no one cares! Cant even call Somerset. Get transferred to Lexington and nobody answers.

        Ive always received excellent care at Lexiton VA facilities I now drive 4 Hours to to this facility because I feel its worth it because this is a excellent VA are center.

        I'd give zero stars if I could. My mom just had a heart stint after an attack absolutely nobody wore gloves except one nurse and mom now has covid and tha could kill her after that procedure, we have a big laundry list of other negligent issues but do not bring your family here! We're getting I'm touch with advocacy and legal. Not impressed this I how veterans are treated !
