I can only walk maybe ten minutes because of physical ailments and limitations. They don't care. They want to send people bus tickets to walk. I don't mind the bus. I've taken the bus all my life. But what is a twelve-minute walk for a normal person is a twenty-minute walk for me and I can't make it. The first few times they kept sending me bus tickets for Lexington when I require tank tickets and I didn't know the difference I thought they were special tickets for federatic till Saint Elizabeth called them with me because tank wouldn't let me on then they listened because they kept tell I me I was wrong.they can be very rude. They are not very helpful at all.

They don't do what the site for their page says. You can only get medical transportation. The rest is a lie.

Calling this place is one of the last things I ever want to do again. Spoke to several employees and all were equally rude and not helpful at all. Thankfully I finally got the pleasure of speaking with a very nice young man that was able to help and didn't have the same "couldn't care less " attitude as all the female employees I spoke with.

I do not like dispatch but dispatch is Not the transportation. I HAVE BEEN SO INCREDIBLY LUCKY to have federated transport this week they took me to get mental help, appointments and my son's appointments as well. Leeann is so amazing and has the kindest heart.. idk why y'all are judging the WHOLE process because dispatch ..

I want to say it is TERRIBLE service, but this would first imply getting service.. We have a set schedule for 3 days a week, yet every week we struggle to get a ride. They are not consistent. The company doesnt call when there is no ride available. Weve never got a call when a driver is not coming. When we call dispatch, they are often rude and tell us well I dont know what to tell you- youre on the schedule So we are left scrambling to get a ride at the last minute before our appointments. The drivers we had have been kind and respectful and truly believe it is the company not the drivers. This transport company is severely lacking in communication. Between dispatch and customer, between dispatch and driver. I do not recommend. FYI- this company still gets paid if they do not have a driver show upcall your financial support (Medicaid, VA) for the bill and get money back.
