I absolutely adore Donna, she was so nice and helpful. I'm getting rabies vax so I can volunteer to rehab wildlife (bring on the baby raccoons please!!!!) and she even advised discounts my employer might offer if insurance doesn't cover them. Wish I could give them 100 stars!

We were charged $12 each to call in a prescription because we didn't want to pay $125 out of pocket when we knew the medication would be fully covered by our insurance if we got it from the pharmacy. This seemed particularly unusual as they were already having to call in a prescription for another medication that they don't carry in the clinic. Most over the counter remedies they sell can be found for half the price at retail locations. Would not recommend.

I called to try to get my son a vaccine for international travel. The location in Lexington, ky was booked solid for about a full week out. Person I spoke to would not take a reservation because I was trying to book somewhere else sooner. The person's exact words were "we don't like to take maybe appointments". Guess what? I found another place that had more open slots available for appointments, was cheaper, and were way friendlier. Recommend everyone give Redpoint Medical instead.

Extremely helpful and thorough. Keep excellent track of records and always professional and courteous during administration of vaccines and patient care. Knowledgeable on all necessary vaccines.
