Have used Swim Pro for over 10 years for my Pool opening and closing but just had a very poor experience this year. Called March 29th to schedule pool opening and they were not able to open pool until June 1 due to reduced staff. I called to see about moving the appointment up and they were still booked but recommended a outside contractor and I agreed to using them and setup the appointment with Swim Pro. I did not speak to the contractor and was not contacted by them until the day of the service. The Swim Pro contractor did a very poor job with several issues including air in lines/pump due to an open valve on back of pump strainer, jet nozzle installed in in vacuum port, ladder not installed, Skimmers not cleaned, pool deck dirty, and several other items. I was not present to inspect the work. Charged 50% more than last year, which was not presented before the work! I'm upset with Swim Pro for the total lack of customer service. I called to let them know the issues I had as I thought they would be interested in knowing them since they did recommend them and scheduled the appointment. Instead of any customer service or concern from Swim Pro, I was greeted with we are not responsible and told other customers were happy with the contractors service. I was even told my wife was satisfied with the job, which was wrong as she had only walked out to the pool in the rain to give them the check. Swim Pro wasn't concerned about my issue and I sensed they were not even interested n hearing about it. They seemed fine with the work that they had scheduled. I feel Swim Pro should have been more concerned that the job had been poorly done and the details from someone that they were recommending and scheduling appointments for but instead they were taking no responsibility or even concern for a long time customer.
