        Although the staff is friendly and the units are clean, if you need parking along with housing do NOT rent here. If you are a student who walks, you may be happy. Parking a few blocks away costs $1,000 for the year and if the car is vandalized, like ours was, there is no security doing sweeps and there are no cameras to catch the culprits. Your renters insurance only covers the contents of the actual apartment. For slightly more, you can park in the actual garage but it only offers a gate for security. Also no camera or human security! Just an FYI I wish we had seen in the fine print. Hope this saves someone else heartache!
