Never received team swim jacket that was ordered and pre-paid to include embroidery -very pricey jacket. It has been months with no jacket, no refund, and no communication. Business was not open during open hours and phone number listed says it cannot be connected at this time.

It's been 3 months since we paid for our pre-ordered swim team gear and there has been no notification of delivery or arrival for pick-up. Went to the store location during their posted business hours and the doors were locked. Tried calling several times and there is no answer nor answering machine.

Beware! Had to pre-pay for order. Ordered and paid on Sept 7, and 3 months later still not complete/delivered and does not return calls.

If you guarantee to have a suit in before a certain date (first meet) and then don't...I think the word guarantee means you try a little harder than offering to sell me a second suit in the wrong size that you only have in store because it's defective.
