Delivery of item. Late. 1st order service was exceptional the second one was not del as promised by the shipper and DHL Express said it would be here on July 9th 2020 ! No product ,No one will answer, with the DHL company will tell shipper not to use for my delivery again!!!!!

Waited in queue for 10 minutes on customer service line to inquire about an order that was not delivered, as scheduled. The order was originally scheduled to be delivered 11/20, but the delivery company delayed my shipment by rescheduling for 11/25. I got a confirmation email that the shipment would be delivered 11/25 between 12:00 and 4:00. Upon telling the agent my problem, she put me on hold to contact driver and I was left on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. I had to call back and wait In Queue again, was put on hold once again to contact driver. Then was told the wrong phone number was listed on my contact information and the company would not be back in the area until the end of the week on 11/29. I asked if I could pick the order up myself, as the shipment had already been delayed once and I needed it before the end of the week. I was told no and that was my only option. Customer service is terrible! If I could give less stars I would.
