        The automated machine wont take my tracking number verbally or manual in keypad. I can not get around the robot.

        While traveling in the area, I had a package shipped here. On Sunday morning, I received a text reminding me to pick up my package and since the website stated they are open on Sundays, I went to pick it up. I was sadly disappointed when they weren't opened. I had to go back the following day to pick up my package. The guy who helped me quickly got my package. He was friendly and professional.

        BEWARE FEDEX IS SCAMMING PEOPLE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!Long story short   FedEx charges whatever they want  after you have been told the amount to ship.They'll tell you it'll cost ex. 10 dollars to ship your item. Without your knowledge or authorization they will charge you 20-30 dollars more check your bank statementsDue to "fuel surcharges ". "Residential fee". BS!  Why is it the customers fault for fedex's incompetence not being able to accurately price the shipping cost out Fun fact Fedex was sued 21 million dollars in 2013 for doing exactly this.  The class action lawsuit settled for 16 million They were forced to pay back 475000 people for fraudulent charges Looks like they are back at it again! Don't use FedEx
