I was was fortunate to be able to refer my clients to Daniel and Denise.These folks were amazing to work with. Their constant communication and planning enabled us to coordinate closing on the referral listing in Frankfort and the purchase in Dallas so our client was not displaced and did not require any temporary housing. Not to mention, they sold the Frankfort home within days and for exactly what they told the client it would sell for! Buying a new house is not an easy process, it always has setbacks, difficulties and unforeseen events. With Daniel and Denise Delaney everything was super comfortable and easy. Daniel and Denise Delaney are awesome! They are everything you would want in a Realtor. 5 stars aren't enough for them. Our experience could not have been better. They treated us like I would imagine they would treat a family member. They are the best in the business!
