Ben was extremely accommodating and was always prompt to get back to us. I could text or call him at anytime and he would get back to us immediately. Melia is very knowledgeable in the field and was super helpful when it came to complex questions. They were there through the very end and helped us get through a not so smooth buying process ( unrelated to them).
