She is very smart and knowledgeable and knows all intricate details about home buying and what to look out for. She is very proactive and will catch things that no-one else would or point out things that you would never think about, that could be financially important for you in the future. I am not sure where to even begin when discussing my experience with Kim. She has been my realtor for over 10 years and I would highly recommend her to anyone, 100 times over. She has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my family. I ended up in a position with a non-traditional home loan and Kim helped me through it every step of the way. There were days when I literally wanted to give up and rent something instead, but she made it happen with her support. She put herself on the line to make sure I had a beautiful home for me and my girls. I would honestly trust Kim with my life, and I pretty much have at this point. She is smart, thoughtful and the most hard working rea estate agent I have ever worked with. You will be shocked at the level she goes above and beyond for her clients. If you decide to work with Kim Soper to find your new property, you make one of your best decisions. She was very quick, precise, proactive, Knowledgeable, responsible, and outstanding communicator through the whole process. I was a first-time home buyers and she helped me through the whole process, and explained everything patiently and accurately with all the details that I needed to know. Kim considered all my expectations to find a property that matched my needs and budget. She was awesome to find accurate responses to all my questions and supported me during the closing processes. For all concerns and questions that I had during the purchase of my townhouse in a small community, she reached out to all people to respond my concerns ASAP. She was very quick to put an offer and prepare all documents for it. I believe that without Kims help and support I could not find my place very fast. I highly recommend Kim!
