        From experience this is a great apartment complex maintenance man really do their job the grounds are kept clean if you have a problem they fixed it immediately they have text alerts everything about this apartment complex is excellent

        These are the run of the mill office people that are all about how to squeeze and manipulate tenants to maximize profits. They will tell you "we only do a $15 a year increase". Then next year they tell you "unfortunately we will be increasing $175"... they don't care that they lied they know you can't sue because they didnt right it down and you didn't record them. Angela hicks of cowgill literally just did this to gatehouse aparments. They will do "repairs" in the aparment then leave the construction mess. Then pretend they just accidentally for got to clean up their mess. This place is in need of a serious class actions lawsuit to put this place in check. Anyone else that agreed to the "$15 a year increase" that got lied too and screwed over we need to sit down and have a talk.
