DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR HOUSES. Not only did we have the worst landlord experience with them in terms of maintenance. But the house literally feels like its built out of paper. Wayne Michael Properties employs Amish people exploiting their labor to build cheap houses of the worst quality that the big bad wolf could blow down with a whisper. Not only will they make the moving out process hell, but they will take every nickel and dime in the security deposit. They probably just add it to their revenue in their balance sheet once you sign a lease because they know that after charging you for dirt on a porch or had to wipe countertop that theyre gonna get that check. LIKE THE PORCH IS OUTSIDE. Of course theres dirt outside. Moral of the story. These guys love to take advantage and scam college kids.
