Communication with the rental representatives is quick and simple, they are prompt at responding and answering any questions. They are very professional and helped me navigate renting from a company for the first time versus an apartment complex.

If I could give a 0 I would. Literally they just rob your money. No fair chance. Theyll take the money and deny you and have the stupidest reason why

Would not rent with them again. They had AWFUL property management. Upon moving in, the property was not even ready to be moved into. They really out did them selves with all the "landlord specials" every where in the property. It was obvious they rushed to finish the work they had started. Even the maintenance men who came by the property made comments about the state of our place. While living there roof was leaking and caving in, had to threaten code enforcement for them to even address the issue. And a multitude of other issues that they seemed to never want to address properly, like AC/Heating problems, clogged plumbing, etc. On top of that they tried to take our safety deposit for no reason, had to involve city housing officials before they agreed to return our safety deposit, because their was no reason for them to keep it. Avoid this company if at all possible.
