Extremely efficient and professional company! Never had any issues getting maintenance in a timely manner and always extremely understanding! Will absolutely use them in future if im looking to rent or purchase again!

We have now lived here nearly 2 years. We feel the same now as we did when we first moved in. We haven't thought once about moving or even have 1 regret. I thought an update was necessary because most people are happy when they move somewhere new. Now that the new has worn off, we are just as happy, or perhaps even more happy and satisfied. CHR are excellent landlords not just because they take care if something goes wrong, but they are genuinely great people. My husband and I moved in Dec. 2021. The CHR Staff, we have encountered so far, have been extremely nice and accommodating. Very quick to respond to any maintenance issues and any other questions we may have. We are looking forward to being part of the CHR renting family for many years to come!

Wonderful people to work with, they were extremely responsive if something went wrong (which nothing ever really did) and very respectful to our privacy! If youre looking for someone to rent from definitely consider cold harbor realty!!

I rented from Cold Harbor for two years, and had a great experience. They were kind and professional, always responded promptly to any concerns, and sent maintenance quickly when needed. They returned our deposit the same day I moved out--no shenanigans here! I felt well taken care of, and would recommend them 100%.
