        Nice employees. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Only gave 3 stars because there is a manager there who is THE RUDEST PERSON I have ever dealt with. I needed help tracking down a very important piece of mail that my mailman refused to leave in my mailbox because my son's name was on it. I was told that I should have a list of names of the people who can receive mail. That is a joke. I still get mail from the 2 previous owners The manager took his time coming out of the back. He had a bad attitude. He acted like I was bothering him. He was absolutely no help at all. Luckily, it was forwarded to my son.

        Went to the Creative Dr location in Lexington KY because I had a claim on a package that I received damaged. The guy kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk and then said "just cause the package says fragile doesn't mean anything" Let me help you out. Fragile - easily broken or damaged. If a package says fragile it is probably not a good idea to place a HEAVY object on top of it. I got the package back from them and will take it to another location where the people might be more helpful. This is why I don't like dealing with the usps at all.
