They knew what they were doing. Excellent job! 4/9/24Steve Smith came over and fixed my sump pump. He is so patient, knowledgeable and works efficiently. I really appreciate Steve.

        Great company and service, I had a kitchen drain stopped up that required rotary snaking to clear. Mr Rooter was able to make a same day service call to address the job. When the job became a bit more involved and required a bigger piece of equipment, the technician returned the next morning with the larger unit and stayed on-site until the blockage was cleared. The technician, Kevin, deserves high marks for professionalism, friendliness, and attention to details with handling this difficult job.
