There is absolutely no way to put into words how amazing Dr.Nimtz & his wonderful staff are! Ive had multiple procedures with fabulous results all thanks to him! So kind, caring & helpful every step of the way. His surgery center, right across from his office, so much better than a hospital filled with sick patients. They were there just for me! Such a comfortable & inviting environment. Anyone on the fence, let me tell you, Dr. Nimtz will not disappoint! I look and feel better now than I did in high school!

Great experience with the facility and specifically my injector. Michael Anne mapped out where Botox would be most beneficial for me. Her knowledge of the facial muscles and how botox effects movement is impressive. She was professional and confident in her technique. If you are feeling at all anxious Michael Anne is the one to see, and you will love the results.

Commonwealth Plastic Surgery is such a caring, pleasant atmosphere. Michael Anne is my injector and shes wonderful! I recently tried filler for the first time. Michael Anne along with Dr. Nimtz listened to my concerns of problem areas and guided me to what would give the best results. They are very professional and the staff is amazing! Every single time I go to Michael Anne I am happy with my results.
