Every time I have used this pharmacy they do not process the prescription thru my primary and secondary insurance! Every time!! I have to question them (clerks) who have a snippy. I don't care attitude. Then the pharmacist, who has a holier that thou attitude has to do the ckerks job and process my prescription thru both insurances! Never apologize fir the inconvenience and act like they are doing me a favor! Avoid using this pharmacy!

Agree with most of the reviews on here. SOOO wish Rite Aid was back. The pharmacy at Walgreens has gone to H*** in a hand basket since the change in ownership. The people up front are for the most part great. But a majority of the clucks, oops, I mean clerks, in the pharmacy, are not just useless, but incompetent, rude and condescending. It seems to me that they go out of their way to make my experience as inconvenient and infuriating as possible. If they dont like their jobs, the car wash across Boston Road is hiring. Oh, but wait, that position would also require some level of interpersonal skills and ability to provide acceptable customer service, which over half of the pharmacy staff obviously lack. If their location wasnt so darn convenient, I would switch all my scripts to some other pharmacy. I truly hope that their management actually reads these reviews and addresses them. If not, and no improvement is seen, there is a means by which to contact their Corporate office. My next step! So clean up your mess, before Raz, (nickname for the Corporate CEO), has to get involved.
