My dog is always so happy after grooming with them! They always do a great job! I do hope that they will accept credit cards in the future though.

I've taken my dog here a few times and they do great work. She gets her nails done and a wash. The pricing is perfect. But take note that this is not one of those locations where you wait as they do your pet grooming. They will give you an estimated pickup time and will call you when they are done. Thank you Jannas, keep being awesome!

2 things-Jannas called and confirmed my appt. I drove from Winchester, waited 21/2-3hrs to find a post it note on the front door closed due to covid. No excuse other than we tried to let everyone know. Next they yanked open my suv door on next appt. and got a reaction from my schnauzer, I told the girl you might not try that a lot of dogs will react. No one was bitten though. Upon picking my dog up I was informed he was difficult to groom that time and they no longer would do him, this was after they startled him so badly. The manager said he was old, they thought he was about to die. He had been to our vet 3 days prior with a great check-up and his boosters, and yes he was 14 but a very healthy 14. 3 days after this grooming I noticed he was having movement problems. On the way to our vet my wife called Jannas to ask just what went on that he was expelled for any info we might relay to our vet-the manager hung up on my wife. Jannas groomed this schnauzer all of his life and this was their reaction. I will never know what went down behind closed doors, I've waited 3 months to write this (grief period) for we found my dog's spine was cracked and had to put him down. This was a most loved, very special pet and it should not have ended like this. I will always miss you Duece.
