Jacob Proffitt is the sole reason we are continuing as a Fox customer. I have been frustrated over the year and half as a Fox customer as I'm constantly annoying them with calls about wasp activity and while they are diligent to come out and dust, no one really seemed to show interest in helping us get to the root of the problem. We stayed as a customer because of the no cost target treatments built into the contract (which we utilized A LOT with all the wasps) and our home is basically free of bugs or even if they make it in, 99% of the time I find them already dead - until this Spring, 2024, when we had 6 wasps inside in less than a month. I was at my wits end with Fox. Logically, it seems contradictory to have had constant pest service for 1.5 years, yet still get 6 wasps inside. Jacob Proffitt went above and beyond any service we have received in the 1.5 years we've been with Fox. I assumed he was a manager! He took it up on himself to hear my concerns and address them deeper than just dusting where I see wasps. He performed the first through inspection of how the wasps could be getting in and why they are constantly hovering - after 1.5 years of being a customer. I feel overlooked by Fox, but not by Jacob. As others have said, Fox is lucky to have Jacob and my man deserves a bonus or a raise or something!! With Jacob Proffitt as your technician, you're in the best hands!! (10/2022) Andrea was the technician that performed our initial appointment and she was thorough and knowledgeable. I learned more about wasps than ever before. She inspected the living room and dusted as best as she could into the sealed chimney. (Summer 2023) Any technician that has serviced our home has always given us a timely notice of their arrival, been respectful and kind. I can actually do things while I wait because I know I will be given a call or text when they are on their way. Thomas is so friendly, polite, and patient!

Great Company, easy to work with and they provide great results. This should be your go to pest control service. Weve used them the last 5 years.
