My 2 month old daughter had a different Pediatrician that has been green lighting me on her tummy issues. I switched to UK and meet with Dr. Smith.. She was Amazing!! She took her time to do a Physical check over my daughter. Answering all my questions an did a great family history with me. We talked an made plans to my babies health an wellbeing. I'm very greatful.

I have taken my son to this office for almost 2 years but after today we have had enough. We usually try to get Dr. Pleasant everytime we go but she is always booked so we are always seeing random Drs/RNs. Everytime my son gets his shots they lay him on the bed and hold his legs down. Today they held him down stuck the needle all the way in and had blood running down the side of his leg then they didnt even bother to put his bandaid on right causing him to get blood on his hands, they walked right out without a word so I had to find another bandaid myself. This office is disorganized they had his shots all mixed up; he will be 2 next month and received his 18 month shots TODAY. Everytime we go they assume we dont know any english even though I am clearly speaking ONLY english & they proceed to hand me paperwork in spanish only. I also was asked if I was a single parent just because my husband wasnt with me today & Even if I were im not really sure why it would matter. We will be seeing a different office & I just hope this office treats people better.. If I had any advice for anyone it would be to speak up and/or just dont waste your time here at all. My son is traumatized by the doctors now & I hope to find him a more CARING pediatrician.
