Driver in the big white truck on Tates Creek Road near the Ferry last week tried to run me off of the road as I went around because I was about to miss my childrens bus he came over into my lane and tried to run me into the ditch very unprofessional -I hope to see him again!

The Allen company was putting new water lines in for a new subdivision behind my place and when they cut my water off then turned it back on it exploded so I emailed them and got no response other than they wasn't at fault they said it was a
Coincidence that my lines exploded same time they turned water back on
It has cost me 2,100 when they know it's there wrong doingMI

A piece of steel was swinging from one of their dump trucks and went through the front grill of my truck and damaged my radiator and my front grill. If it was a few inches higher it would have went through my windshield.
I immediately pulled over and reported this to the supervisor. A representative came out and took pictures. I obtained a estimate from Ford on what it would cost to fix my truck. I also added a days lost pay (my truck is a work vehicle).
That was about a month ago. When I try to get a status on the insurance claim all they can tell me is it's been turned in to insurance. I know it doesn't take this long to process an insurance claim. The insurance company also has not contacted me.
I'm not sure what the next step is, but I am not gonna let them get away with this.
I would also like to add that the dump truck was going way too fast on my rural road and this could have been much worse. I saw the steel bar flying over the car in front of me, and tried my best to avoid it.
Allen Co needs to make this right.
