        Went there to buy balloons for kids birthday, but my kids needed to pee when we just arrived there. I took them to the restroom at the store but both were locked. The kids were in a rush so I asked staff there if they can open the restroom. They said we cannot use their restroom and asked us to use the one in the bookstore besides. I had to take all kids to another store and then came back to buy balloons. When I waited for check out, I found the staff was able to use the bathroom and just locked it after using. They just didnt want to clean the restroom so they refused their customers to use it.
