Doctor Henderson is amazing. I had an appt first & loved her so much. That both my kids go to her now & I brought my mother in today. She is thorough & takes her time. My mother has a fractured back & the visit was kind of difficult for her but the kindness & patience that doctor Henderson showed was so appreciated. May I add that she was able to get my vision to where it needed to be after no luck with my previous doctor & wasted money on contacts that I can't even wear. I'll continue to go to Ms Henderson.

I will start my review with that Im fortunate to not be an actual customer of this location because I would definitely take my business elsewhere after today. I was in line behind one other customer when Chad directed them to follow him. I approached the desk assuming that he would say, someone will be with you in a few minutes or even give me a good morning. He instead did not look at me, cleaned off the desk, and walked away. I waited to be helped for a total of 20 minutes until someone else showed up for their shift. While continuing to wait in line for the woman who was trying to help me in another room, a second older blonde woman approached me while I was in line and said someone would be with me, I told her I was being helped already but I had a question if she could relay it to the woman who was already helping me. She proceeded to act frustrated with me and was very condescending with her follow-up question to mine. Ive worked in retail for almost ten years so I can understand why you wouldnt want to acknowledge a customer right away while youre helping another because it normally begins a second task for you to complete at once. But a little politeness goes a long way during these troubling times with COVID-19. Especially when the customer is being polite to you. Overall, this was a bad experience for me and I would not recommend this location.
