This company goes mainly after mid to high net worth retired individuals and target seniors who they solicit by phone. My father ((now deceased for 8 yrs) was called relentlessly by a man who said he was the President & CEO & had founded the company. He assured Dad that he was getting him in on the ground floor with only a small investment of $25 thousand! Then he’d call every month or so needing another $25k or $50k for drilling equipment or parts. My brother & I did our best to make my Dad understand that this guy & he’s company we’re fraud artist. I’m a Certified Fraud Examiner and was with the FDIC during the last recession. Though retired, I keep my certification and now focus on Senior Financial Abuse rather than banks. I’d give anything to have been able to stop this crook and his company from scamming my Dad out of just over $500k!

On the recommendation of my parents, I've invested (6 figures) into a number of natural gas wells. My last monthly check was for $17.28. Both my parents and I have lost substantial money investing in Energy Associates and they appear to looking after their own interest and not that of those who fund their operations.
