Never got through the check in window.  The arrogance and condescending attitude of the lady at the window was horrible and rude.  I was a few minutes late, so she had to 'go to the back' to find out if I could be seen.  Her answer was - "We cannot treat you today, but only do an assessment.  I will call you if we get an opening."  As she was saying this, I noticed there was only one other person in the waiting room.  I failed to ask if he was a patient or waiting on someone.Baptist Health is a fine organization and I hate to see their reputation be smeared by one person - but it is in my book.  There are too many PT/OTs around this area for me to put up with type of attitude and poor customer service.
