      image My OBGYNs office referred me to this practice for an ultrasound. It took me 3 weeks of calling to finally get a human on the phone. I was told that their latest appointment is at 2:30 and that they were closed on my one day off, MLK Day. I work until 3:00 and my work is 45 minutes away from this practice. I took a half day off work to make an appointment but at the appointment, found out that they were in fact open on MLK Day. I would not have had to miss work after all. Beyond frustrated and cannot make my follow up appointment because of their inconvenient hours.
