CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group - Neurology

Not sure what's up with this place, but it's super unprofessional. I had a test scheduled for Nov 11 they called and rescheduled til Nov 17 then called me as we were making the hour 1/2 drive and canceled my apt until Dec 3. The lady on the phone (Sarah) was cold and unapologetic. Obviously I was not happy due to being on our way already. Couldn't even give me a human response as to why all the sudden they didn't have a tech. The office workers I'm sure deal with tons of people but they need to realize that most the people they deal with are at a disadvantage, otherwise why would we need the service. And be more kind when putting people in a inconvenient situation without an explanation. Very disappointed.

Had cervical spinal fusion surgery and had 4 days of meds was still in pain and called on a Friday morning and left message and didnt receive call back,spoke with PA Saturday afternoon and got no help,left another message Monday morning asking for them to please call me back and still no call back. Dont want to cause problems but if they don't care about my situation I feel I should file complaint, but I doubt it would change anything. Maybe not paying will get a response? Sad

They don't care about anyone. Been trying to get my MRI results for 3 weeks now. They called the day after my MRI and left a message(I was at work and couldn't answer) saying they needed to to speak to me. Been calling every day. No one answers. They don't want you to leave multiple messages. I'm in major pain but they don't care. They must be there for the money because it's not to help people.

The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, & caring. The Doctors are always doing all they can to help & make your experience here very worthwhile. I recommend to anyone in need of great care.
