I cannot believe that JC Penney does business with this thrash of a company. Finally got a pick-up confirmation for a wrong size and badly damaged foundation that was delivered after nearly 21/2 months, and ten (10) promises of 24-48 hours pick up, and nearly 20 calls (three of which a manager assisted me in trying to get them to give me a pickup and they still didn't show up). They lied and stated they sent me emails and made phone calls. DONT BLAME THEM, BLAME JC PENNEY!! I am sure this is not a new issue and JC Penney continues to take orders knowing this company is having logistics and professional issues. The product is good, but I will never order online from Penney again. FIX IT JC Penney or stop taking people's money if you cannot deliver the service people expect.

Appointment set for between 8am-8pm. My husband stayed him from work, and nobody showed up, not even a phone call. He called, and they said it wouldnt fit on the truck that day and we could come get it its a 500lb piece of exercise equipment. Obviously he told them we couldnt do that, so they set an appointment for today from 9-2. Walked outside at 9am, and it was sitting halfway down our driveway with nobody in sight. They claim it was curbside drop off and that nobody needed to sign for it. If that was the case, why was an appointment needed and why was there a form on the side of the package that said before you sign for your package? This is a pathetic excuse for a delivery service.

They were contracted by Averitt to do the last mile shipping for a Signature Hardware order. No one answers phones, claim their trucks are broken down, promise to deliver and continue to not show.

They have held my order for over a month and will not get back to me. I am not so sure someone at this company has taken my couch home with them. The most unprofessional liars I have ever been in contact with. This company should be completely terminated, let alone management had the audacity to cuss at us because theyre training and only have 1 person working for a month. I have threatened to sue and now that I know which company this, ill likely be going through with it. What a disgrace. these people have no morals.
