Great food! Very delish. I had the lamb kebab dinner platter and am taking 1/2 home as leftovers- more than enough food! Pretty casual, plastic cutlery. Great service and the staff are nice.

Learned of this place through a FB group for Lexington food and news and saw they had lunch specials for a great value. The experience left a great first impression. The platters we ordered were big and I went home with leftovers. I love when I can get two meals out of one. I brought my father in law, and it was his first time eating chicken tikka. He thoroughly enjoyed everything! Good food, good, service, good value. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Welcome to the ONLY place in Lexington for halal Pakistani beef kabobs! Absolutely delicious beef kabobs: well-seasoned, soft, juicy, and absolutely large portion sizes. The chicken chargha was exceptionally well flavored, crisp on the outside, so juicy inside. The naan was also excellent and we thought it was a great rendition of a Pakistani naan; warm, fresh, though oiled a bit like a paratha. The main meals all included mint green chutney and toum (garlic sauce): solid toppers, but not that the meat even needs them. Vegetarian options: Falafel, salads, breads, hummus, rice, baklava. Parking: Right in front of the store!

I was initially skeptical, but Ali Baba's chicken shawarma exceeded my expectations! The flavor was fantastic, though they may have added a tad too much sauce. However, considering the affordable price, it's a steal. It's disheartening to hear rumors about the place possibly closing; this underrated gem deserves more recognition. Don't miss out on this delicious shawarma before it's too late! I truly hope more people discover and support this underrated restaurant. Ali Baba's restaurant deserves a larger following, and I encourage everyone to give it a try before it's potentially too late. Let's rally together to keep this fantastic place in business!
