      image Billing takes 2 hours on hold to get ahold of. I saw a therapist named Kelly (no longer works there). Kelly told me she couldn't prescribe my 3 meds bc I didn't have any problems and seemed fine. I told her that was true but only because I was on said 3 meds. She seemed completely incompetent but i got my meds so i didnt care. Then she double coded my appointments bc according to billing "I had a complex case or she spent extra time with me." I saw the woman for 5 mins the 2nd and 3rd appointment. I brought all this to the attention of manager , Stacey, and she never called me back. When I called again to follow up with Stacey she claimed Kelly still hadn't responded to her email. Um, fraud and incompetence, to me warrants more than an email.
      KELLY IS STILL WITH THIS COMPANY JUST MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION. DO NOT SEE HER! SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING.
