Manager, PLEASE READ - My wife went by there today to get a lab drawn and walked in around 5:20 and let the front desk lady know she was there for a lab. The front desk lady was on her phone talking with her boyfriend or husband or something and did everything she could to get my wife to leave. She told her that they close at 5:30 although the website and online clearly states in closes at 6. My wife continued to ask her if she could just her one lab real quick before they closed. She huffed back at my wife and then told the person she was on the phone that she was "sorry but she had to get off the phone," as if she didnt want to do her job and help a customer with her labs. The customer service was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Surely the number of 1 star reviews dating back to over a year ago would prompt some sort of change, but it's clear Lab Corp is still dealing with this same person. We will not be using their services again and I recommend seeking services elsewhere if you were considering your labs completed at this establishment.

The phlebotomist here was outstanding. I'm a hard stick and she had no trouble at all. She was also easy to talk to and very friendly.
You do, however, have to put down a card for up to a certain amount (the cost of your labs before insurance is billed), and then they charge your card later with whatever insurance will not cover. I do find this inconvenient and a tad sketchy, but if you're only having one or two labs drawn, it's a good place to go. I was in and out in maybe 15 minutes.
However, if you need several labs, I'd advise taking the lab order to your PCP where they bill insurance first and do not require a card on file prior to labs being drawn.
*this review was edited from 1 star to 3 after my most recent attempt to have blood drawn here* The staff were much nicer than before but I'm only giving 3 stars because of the company's billing practices.

Very rude staff, and as noted in the comments, very sketchy billing situation. My doctors office is downstairs but I wont go to them for bloodwork.

The staff at this office are the saddest human beings that I have ever seen. It seems as if someone MADE them go to work.
