The sample was lost by USPS and left stuck in transit for weeks. All they are willing to do is make me pay if I want to be sent another sampling kit. Basically if I dont want to pay extra, they are not going to do anything for what I paid +$450.

I've been using this test for a few years now. It's consistent with other epigenetic tests from other companies that I use. My epigenetic age is much higher than my chronologic age on all these tests, probably from bad habits earlier in life. But this bodes well for these particular epigenetic markers (the fact that they are all reporting the same outlier results). I'm on the right track for the past few years (diet and exercise), hopefully not too late!

I've done 3 Trudiagnostic tests, 2020, 21 and 23. It's been a great tool to help me understand how my lifestyle impacts my aging. I'm 67 but feel much younger and my test results indicate I'm moving in the right direction. My Intrinsic age is 60, Extrinsic is 57 Pace is 1.04, Telomere length has increased to 6.92Kb which puts me at 62. So all my markers except Pace (which has improved since the previous test) all indicate that what I'm doing is helping :-) If you don't measure it, you can't manage it. Don't fear the Reaper, challenge him!

I like to compare things to judge if they are relevant or not. After I received the results from TruDiagnostic, I compared them with results with a past blood tests from earlier this year, and also a blood test that my doctor took two weeks after the TruDiagnostic sample. For the blood test values that I could directly compare, the TruDiagnostic results were totally off. Here are two examples: Triglycerides: TruDiagnostic's reported a value 157% over any of the other blood tests. HbA1C: TruDiagnostic's reported 6.5% (type 2 diabetes!), compared with 5.2% (great number for a 64 year old). When I emailed them about this, they claim that there was nothing wrong with the incorrect values. With the results I could compare being so totally incorrect. Why should anybody trust any of their results?
