    I was discharged from the hospital with an 8 hour tank. London office was to bring the rest of the equipment to the house when we arrived home. When we called them, they replied they didnt have the paperwork yet. This process was started at the Lexington office early in the day before noon. Later that evening we realized I had run out of oxygen when my oximeter was reading anywhere from 37 to 60 oxygen levels. We called again, finally reaching the on call technician. He said the paperwork never came in and there was nothing they could do. At my husbands insistence, he called his supervisor and he found the paperwork on the fax machine. It had reached the office 30 minutes after closing. Then Eric, the on call technician, brought the equipment out at 13:30 am. He saved the day. I thought I was going to die. This should never have happened. I should not have been released until they knew this was completed. My complaint is about the Lexington office, not London. The London office worked with us and got me taken care of, but the Lexington office was negligent.

    It is really hard to get your CPAP supplies but they are very quick to charge you. Keep you on hold for over 15 minutes to talk to someone in billing. Billing is obviously in a foreign country as customer service reps speak broken English. After my new CPAP machine is paid for by my insurance I will just pay for my supplies with cash someplace else just to avoid the aggravation.

    The people seemed to be professional and helpful when i first went to them for cpap supplies. However, that did not last. I've been trying to get my supplies for 9 monthes now with no luck. They keep saying they will fix the problem , but never do. Then they get rude if you become frustrated. I can no longer use my cpap...i can't get my supplies,that are required every three months. I'm switching to another supply company. These people just don't care. If you have a problem...well, your just screwed. Don't get involved with this company. you will regret it if you do. They use a different company to fill orders, and you can't talk to anyone that can navigate all the different problems to try to get orders filled.
